Participamos en la XVI edición de la Nit de l'Art de Castelló 2024

Por segundo año consecutivo, participamos en la Nit de l'Art de Castelló.

Es un enorme placer contribuir a la oferta cultural que este proyecto brinda a la ciudad de Castelló desde 2006.

Este año traemos tres actividades imperdibles:

1. Proceso creativo del artista en directo en la cafetería ART BRUT: Durante este evento, se llevará a cabo la creación de obra conjunta entre el artista y el público. Será el viernes 10 de mayo, de 18:00 a20:00 horas.

2. Coloquio participativo sobre qué es el Art Brut: El sábado 11 de mayo, de 12:00 a 13:00 horas, tendremos un interesante coloquio donde exploraremos que significa el término “Art Brut”.

3. Exposición de obra del artista Iñaki Horta Ciriza en 2 espacios: La exposición se realizará tanto en el exterior como en el interior de la cafetería ART BRUT, ubicada en la calle Cervantes 20.

Esperamos que disfrutéis de estas actividades, que hemos preparado con mucho cariño para estas fechas.

Os invitamos a participar en la creación conjunta de una obra con Iñaki el viernes, la cual se expondrá en la próxima edición de la Nit de l’Art 2025.

El sábado, contamos con la participación de Graciela García, experta internacional en Art Brut y Marta Miró García, investigadora especializada en el vínculo entre la creación artística y el malestar emocional. Estas maravillosas expertas han encontrado un hueco en sus apretadas agendas para participar en el coloquio moderado por Joan Montañés Xipell, escritor, ilustrador y cronista de Castelló. También se unirá Natalia Milis, conocedora y aficionada a la obra de Iñaki.

I contorni semplici ma espressivi del viso e delle mani creano una sensazione di tristezza e alienazione, e l'approccio minimalista amplifica questa impressione. Quest'opera sembra invitare lo spettatore a riflettere sulle emozioni e sui sentimenti mostrati che in realtà possono essere una recita per il pubblico.

In the artwork presented in Art Brut style, a distinctly unsettling atmosphere emerges, filled with unexplained visual noise. The face on the canvas is barely recognizable, as if it flickers between different realities, partially dissolving in a chaos of brushstrokes. The dominant colors — green, black, and pink — evoke tension and discomfort. Green and black spots, at times, resemble static lines, like an old TV screen when the signal wavers. The strokes are sharp, haphazard, creating a texture reminiscent of a blurred, distorted image, as if someone were trying to see through layers of noise. This effect heightens the feeling of a “blurring” of reality, where the line between the viewer’s world and the figure’s world fades and vanishes. The face seems incomplete, as if these strange waves of color are consuming it, and it’s on the brink of disappearing.
